EmpowerHER 2024: Event Policy

Registration and Payment
• Attendees must register online.
• Payment of ₹1,299 is required and includes breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and access to all sessions

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations 14 days before the event (by December 4, 2024) receive a full refund.
• Cancellations 7-13 days before the event (December 5-11, 2024) receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before the event (after December 11, 2024).
• Refund requests must be sent to event@sheleadsindia.in.

Transfers
Registration may be transferred to another person.
• Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the event to event@sheleadsindia.in

Event Changes
The organizers may change the agenda, speakers, or schedule.
• Attendees will be notified of significant changes.

Photography and Videography
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the event staff.

Code of Conduct
All attendees must treat each other with respect.
• Harassment or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event without a refund.

Liability
Attendees participate at their own risk. Organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages.
